Interview With Jessica Moreno

Jessica Moreno

Jessica introduced herself to us as being from Spain and having "just moved to L.A. ...to follow [her] dreams," which "is not easy to do," but "has a lot of worth."  She tells us that she has worked as a make-up artist since 2007, which "is what [she] always wanted to do," and "it makes [her] really happy."  Her Facebook is at:

Libertad:  Where were you born?

Jessica:  I was born in Madrid, Spain.

Libertad:  Where do you currently reside?

Jessica:  In my favorite place in the world, Los Angeles!

Libertad:  What is your occupation?

Jessica:  I work as a make-up artist.

Libertad:  What do you love most about your work?

Jessica:  I feel really happy when I help a woman to feel prettier with the make-up.

Libertad:  What talents and hobbies do you have?

Jessica:  Creative things like drawing, to paint, play the guitar, write... And, like every girl in the world, I love... shopping!  [Winks] - going out with friends, travel, reading...

Libertad:  What inspires you?

Jessica:  There is a good fountain of inspiration everywhere - a sunset, nature, some people, dreams, a song...

Libertad:  What is the hardest part of your job?

Jessica:  Probably when we have to shoot in the street early, in the winter, and it's so cold outside [laughs], but I try to enjoy everything in my work and learn from the mistakes.

Libertad:  What foreign languages, if any, do you read, write, and/or speak?

Jessica:  Spanish.

Libertad:  Where have you traveled?

Jessica:  Here in the U.S.A., to L.A., N.Y., and San Antonio; in Europe Spanish cities [such as] Barcelona, Valencia, Seville; and to Paris, France.

Libertad:  What are your career goals?

Jessica:  To never stop learning, growing, and working...

Libertad:  What projects are you working on?

Jessica:  Some photo shoots and a  short film.

Libertad:  What upcoming events, if any, do you intend to participate in?

Jessica:  Work in a documentary.
